“A Bucket of Blood was the one I really love — with Dick Miller — and I thought it was so funny. It was a funny satire about beatniks and the question of what is art. Charles Griffith is a really important screenwriter; I felt like they kind of created a genre with A Bucket of Blood. I think that's a wonderful film.”
